What I'm loving right now.

I can't bring myself to consider the Autumn clothes in the shops right now. I don't feel that we have had a proper summer yet and I want to hold onto the idea of summer for as long as possible. So, this week I have been around the shops and picked a few pieces that are summer fashion, but that will carry you over to Autumn as well.

For more information on each item, and to go direct to the store, click on the descriptions.

My first look is a causal daytime look but styled with a Kimono Jacket for when the weather isn't performing! When layering a longer top over another make sure you have a shorter top underneath to give definition, and adding the long necklace helps elongate your body. I love these cute frilled hem jeans, but be careful if you are a pear or apple shape as the stitching will only emphasise this.

Cotton On Maria Kimono $39.99, Country Road Petal Sleeve Tank $79.90, Country Road Clara Necklace $89.90, Trelise Cooper The Co Op Jeans Come True Jeans $189.00, Cotton On Horizon Peep Shoe $19.99.

For a cute date night, this pillar box red top will be a showstopper and if its your colour it will make your outfit pop. Teamed with tassel earrings and drape trousers and heels you'll look amazing.

Trelise Cooper The Co Op The Flash Top $149.00, Storm Draw Me In Pant $189.00, Glassons Tassel Earrings $16.99, Merchant 1948 Skyla Mid Heel $90.93.

Another casual daytime look, I spied these cute embroidered boyfriend style jeans, (and embroidery will be big for Autumn/Winter), team them with a burgundy bag and slides.

Cotton On Astrid Cami $19.95, Decjuba Hillary Embroidered Jean AU$109.95, Esprit Soft Imitation Leather City Bag AU$99.95, Merchant 1948 Delia Casual Sandal $149.90.

If you want to wow at the office, team this pleated shift dress with a double wrap belt. By adding the waist belt you give your body some shape rather than the dress just hanging from your bust. Worn with a mid heel mule and gorgeous saben bag you'll look a million dollars.

Witchery Pleated Shift Dress $159.90, Saben Go Tote $350.00, Witchery Double Crossover Belt $64.90,
Mi Piaci Siggy Dress Sandal $133.00.

Easy looks all from one easy place?

Ezibuy isn't a store I often think of visiting, but I received their catalogue in the mail and I was really surprised. I do keep an eye on their fashion and I did know that a couple of years ago they started stocking one of my favourite UK brands - NEXT. I recently had a look at their Autumn Edition, and was struck by their great range of clothes for all shapes and sizes, and that a far bigger range of their clothes seemed to appeal to me.

I have selected some of my favourite pieces below and styled them into outfits, as well as suggested how to wear the outfits for different bodyshapes. (Something I want to bring you more of.) For more information on body-shapes check out my Dress for your Shape page.

The Casual Blazer
I think a blazer is a great investment and nowadays they come in all sorts of fabrics and colours. You can't go past a black blazer, but for a more casual look this linen chambray look blazer is a great smarter option for daytime.

This look below would work for all bodyshapes. The high-waisted jeans are great for all shapes as they pull everything in, in all the right places! The asymmetric hem tee works with the blazer as it creates different layers and would suit Inverted Triangle and Rectangle shapes as it gives the eye different lengths to focus on. For an Hourglass figure the blazer could be buttoned which then highlights those lovely curves of the hourglass.

Emerge Ruffle Hem Dress
I love this Ruffle Hem Dress, it looks really comfy but also playful. I have dressed it down with sneakers, (admittedly not your everyday sneakers, but I LOVE these floral ones), but you could wear it with wedges or tan heels. This drop hem style is great if you want to lengthen out your mid section and put the focus onto your legs. But be careful as the pleating can also put emphasis on the hips. This would work well on an Inverted Triangle and Rectangle.

Cute Pleat Print Skirt
This pleat skirt has such a beautiful print. This skirt design is great for Pear, Apple and Hourglass bodyshapes as it nips in the waist and the fullness of the skirt hides a multitude of sins! The cropped tie front shirt should sit on the waistband to highlight the waist.

Boho Dress
This dress will take you into Autumn with a chunky cardigan and knee-high boots. For now I have teamed it with a skinny belt and mid-heels. The belt gives the dress a waist which is great for Apples, Pears and Hourglass shapes. Ezibuy didn't stock the floppy hat but its a great look and in a few weeks stores like Glassons and Witchery, will be stocking them.
