The best bits of 70's Fashion!

You may be noticing in the shops all things 70's. (I must admit that in a previous post I got my decades a bit confused and talked about 60's fashion, but it is most definitely a 70's feel that Spring is going to have!) The good thing about revisiting the 70's is you get to choose all the best bits and inject a 70's vibe to your look, were not talking head to toe seventies!! When I think 70's I think flares, fringing, flower power prints, maxi dresses, suede,  floppy hats, and bold long statement necklaces.

For each of my looks below I have taken a theme of the 70's and looked around for pieces that you can inject a 70's feel with. For 70's Accessories think  long floaty necklaces, and stacking rings and bracelets.

DRESSES
Look for maxi dresses, floral prints, floaty fabrics or Kaftan styles with tie detailing.
Esprit printed tunic dress AU$89.95, Seed Heritage shortv layered necklace AU$29.95,  Country Road Tie front playsuit $169.00, Witchery double band cuff $64.90, Seed Heritage Flora wrap dress AU$149.95, DECJUBA boho lux earrings $24.95, Wanderlust & Co tripple chevron stacking ring AU$47.42.

DENIM
Another big 70s trend was denim! (Check out my post next week for more denim styling!) Think denim flares, a-line silhouettes, dresses / pinafores and double denim. Here I've styled a cute a-line denim skirt with an off the shoulder top and gladiator shoes.
Witchery fold over top $89.90, Forever New A-Line self-tie denim skirt AU59.99, Witchery Cassidy sandal $149.90.

FLARES
Flares, palazzo pants, and wide leg trousers were all the rage. For an evening look or smart office look team these flared pants with a cut out detail top tucked in to show off the trouser and create a curvy silhouette.
French Connection cut out shoulder tee AU$49.95, Seed Heritage Collection buckle flared pant AU$129.95, Wanderlust & Co dusk till dawn gold & marble earring AU$66.39, Witchery Helena heel $199.90.

FRINGING
For a casual sporty on trend look team a fringed jumper with biker skinny jeans and trainers for
